Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is helping out her former running mate with a high dollar fundraiser at the Arizona Biltmore.
Palin will be courting contributions for Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) the GOPs 2008 presidential nominee on March 23 as part of her swing through Arizona to aide his re-election campaign.
For $2,500, McCain donors can attend an hour-long reception with the former GOP vice presidential nominee and get a chance for a picture with Palin.
Those not attending the reception can pay $500 each for a two-hour dinner, or $1,000 for preferred seating.
Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.), along with Arizona GOP Reps. Jeff Flake, Trent Franks and John Shadegg will also be at the fundraiser.

I’m so shocked, another hit piece posted by Pissant
the sad part is, Hunter was one of my favorites, and I dislike him more and more if he is loved by supports like you....
As a strong Sarah supporter, I was initially disappointed but understand her "no-choice" but to do the fund raiser as Rush and others have commented. Even JD has stated in an interview he understands Sarah's position.
Bottom line, Sarah remains as dedicated to returning America to a conservative, limited government. It's always fun to see the Romney-bots and even pissant's insanely stupid "Hunter 2012" comments....
Certainly. Newt's embrace of "Global Warming" is one. Now, what stupid move do you acknowledge that Sarah has made?
Well, I don't call Newt a "good" conservative anymore, so that doesn't count (lol). I'm talking about people like DeMint, Pence, Hunter, Fred Thompson. Then of course there's the gold standard of conservatism, Ronald Reagan. All of these good conservatives have made bad endorsements and not just Palin. That's my point.
And to answer your question, numerous times, I've called Sarah's scheduled late March fund raising event(and we've know about this for weeks) a mistake.
BS to LS.
Nice talking point.
And do not forget that JD himself said that he will support McCain.
I had no idea. I don’t live and breathe Palin like you do.
Dumb remark, you're on more Palin threads than I am.
Gee, you’re crediting me with writing this sordid hit piece?
That’s right, I just posted it. But maybe now you can tell us what part of the article is in error, so we can demand a retraction.
Bullsh*t
I really do not care and I am not saying do not taze me bro I am saying the opposite, go ahead and ban me. This forum is officially a Sarah Palin cult from top to bottom. So here it is. Ban me now.
John Mc Cain had to call Sarah Palin for her support in the primary. She could have easily said no.
On the subject of Sarah Palin campaigning for Sen. John McCain, I go back to when George W. Bush campaigned for Arlen Specter in Pennsylvania’s primary election. I decided then that national figures could campaign in a state during the general election for any state or national office. However, during the primary cycle it should be up to people and organizations representing people in the state to make the case.
Palin owes McCain nothing. She was the only bright spot in a failed campaign, and he treated her terribly. McCain forces granted her such selective influence as might increase their daily polling numbers, and then blamed her for their lack of success. It seems to me the loyalty issue is a guilt card one may or may not play successfully within the political class, which seldom displays integrity. I believe any association with McCain has and will only degrade Palin.
Those politically active people, such as Palin, who want smaller government and greater freedom, do not understand they are in a war without bloodshed against an implacable enemy. The town hall meetings and tea party movement seem to indicate some folks are willing to acknowledge (for now) the existence of a long standing declaration of war by liberals/progressives. They must remain steadfast and only support leaders who have a genetic predisposition to freedom equivalent to the men who wrought the Miracle in Philadelphia.
We took Sarah at her word in '08 and since, that she was and is anti-establishment conservative, but actions speak louder than words. McAmnesty in office till death do him part is another disaster for America. I can add that the other RINOs campaigning for him have now shown their colors.
I can excuse Palin appearing for McCain. Raising money steps beyond loyalty to advocacy. She is wrong, wrong, wrong here.
True but what was your reason for posting this? We all know you're a Duncan Hunter fan. You aren't making any friends with these type of threads.
She should be very selective of who she supports as that reflects upon her,McAmesty and Perry Not good moves by her.
The meaning of "Don't Taze Me Bro" is the opposite of what you think.
It's said by somebody who isn't about to be tazed, and who wants to be tazed.
If you want to appear more normal, you could do an opus for us...............
If you’re so crazy about Duncan Hunter why don’t you post threads about what he’s doing that should make us want to vote for him and stop with the Palin stuff?
Duncan Hunter. Why? Where are the articles?
Something called the truth. Why close your eyes to the squalid sides of politics? Similarly, I posted the article about DeMint supporting dirtbag Lindsey Grahamnesty. Do I hate DeMint now too? The one guy in the Senate I would crawl over broken glass to vote for? I did the same when Hunter came out and endorsed Huckabee the nannystater 2 years ago. Gotta deal with the truth.
I guess I could, but that would mean reposting what I already posted.
