0bama’s sudden interest in nuclear power is a head fake.
He has no intention of allowing our country to have energy.
I see it differently. Obama's sudden interest is actually a continuation of Bush policy. Obama has not been able to create jobs with his socialism and is desperate to turn this around.
There is a huge demand for financing for nuclear power. The government wouldn't have to pay out any actual money...just promise to back loans made to utlities.
Plant construction and operation provides many thousands of high paying jobs and ultimately will provide more reliable/cheaper power.
None of Obama's policies will succeed unless there are jobs. Obama is desperate.
