Yes he is pretending to quote Obama’s critics by calling them racists, and he is saying that some Independents are racists as well. Not going to fly. People don't like ObamaCare and it has nothing to do with being racists. Rather calling people racists for not support Obama’s policies is going to tick off a lot of people.
