At least it’s not like Alabama where you have to buy alcohol from the STATE!................ Actually, in PA, you do (at least for liquor). All liquor in Pennsylvania is sold through state-owned Wine & Spirits stores. In fact, the Pennsylvania Wine & Spirits store is the largest purchaser of wine and liquor in the United States, and second largest in the world.
