Nah, we don’t need him as a Republican. He should have just stood his ground, stayed in Congress, and demanded his right to represent the voters who sent him to Congress. Isn’t that what Charlie Rangel did? He wasn’t forced to resign his seat in Congress, just his chairmanship of the Ways and Means Committee.
