Here is the guy that was going to rescue someone but all ready had 6 guys in the boat. I don't know what boat rescue you're referring to, but I doubt it has anything to do with rescuing anti-Castro, anti-communist Cubans fleeing Cuba in rickety old boats through shark-infested waters.

He was down in LA during the hurricane. He did a big photo op of getting in a boat and finding people to rescue. He was too stupid to put the drain plug in the bottom of the boat. Stupid is the key word here.
