THe more practical question is this: how long will it be before the Dems can come up with a replacement... or can this district be taken from them in a special election?

It's only "news" when a Republican is involved. It's how they kept the "news" about Byrd being a member of the KKK for all those years. It's how Kennedy - all of 'em - got passes for decades.
What they DON'T tell young dems is if they go off the plantation, they'll sic the dogs on 'em.
