He should of course be voted out in November (or whenever he next comes up for re-election), but that alone isn't sufficiently punitive for the redress of his crimes against America, and his collusion with the O'Bunga Communist Cabal.
He should be deported to Venezuela or France, and forbidden ever to return to America. As should the whole stinking bunch of them.
