If Romney is the candidate in 2012, I will vote third party.
I will no longer vote for 2nd-hand RINOs masquerading as Republicans.
Even Rush called Romney out after the guy endorsed McCainiac.
I know such a position is anathema here on FR, but I don’t share the suspicion of Romney many others possess.
My two favorites in the primary season were Fred T. and Mitt. Fred didn’t seem to have a fire in the belly, and Mitt couldn’t close the sale.
We were stuck with a McCain, who was arguably a weaker candidate than even Bob Dole in 1996. Hell, the only reason he got as big a vote as he did was because he had the good sense to choose Sarah Palin as a running mate.
