An interesting aside, wondered what the marxists over at DUH might be thinking about having one of their own arrested like this.

Too many ‘Rats supported the enemy during the VietNam war.
Heck — some have even been run for high office on the Democrat ticket.
What does the future hold for Adam? Convicted of treason? Executed? Life in Super Max?
Under the Obama administration, I think it’s more likely he’ll be walking around as a free man as a hero to the Left, going to Oscar soirees, doing commentary on MSNBC and signing a $10 million book deal.
He will probably be offered a job in the msnbc line-up.
I’m sure that the Pakistanis will turn him over to Obama for a criminal trial in NY. But what did he do? Exercise his freedom of speech? I don’t think that will get one vote for the government in his Supreme Court appeal.
Terrific! Now, we need to get that other American “al Ameriki” in Somalia.
