...most of the '80s bands I loved in high school and college, and still listen to today, were pretty flambouyant and/or gay too: Culture Club (gay), Erasure (gay), Bronski Beat (gay), Flock of Seagulls (flambouyant), Adam & the Ants (flambouyant), The Cure (flambouyant), etc, etc.Let's not forget the Queen of gay pop singers:
