Does anyone remember the story in the U.K. with the picture of the guy with the broken arm?

He couldn't see a doc before the bones threaded together incorrectly. Then, I think they declined him treatment because he smoked.

I'd love to find that photo again and send it anonymously to certain neighborhoods I suspect support the health”care” bill.
