I can appreciate that DeMint might not want to pump up GOP opposition to him in his home state from South Carolina’s rotten moderate Republicans (there are more of them than you might think) by taking a vocal line against their boy Graham, but he could at least decide that silence is golden, and not stymie conservative efforts to oust Graham by talking him up. No-one, not even DeMint, can make conservatives like that RINO, and DeMint can only hurt his own credibility by talking up Graham, whom he’d surely oppose if they represented different states.

Cmon...you could see on FR that she was hurt with her base far more than any establishment RINO could help her. Objectively speaking, it was a net loss to support McCain politically.
DeMint’s conservative shine withstood the Romney endorsement, for some strange reason though. This is going to have conservatives watching him closer now.
Mark my words from months past...it will come down to Palin and Romney.
