“Don’t mean to wander off topic here, but, IMO, one of the reasons the republicans lost so big in 2006 was because they outlawed internet gambling in the USA, and they didn’t learn from that mistake.”

John McCain strikes again. He was all against internet gambling, to protect his $$$ base of Indian casinos.

I am aware of that. Thank you for the screaming red letters. Why you directed them at me I don’t know. I have never been a fan of of that man & never will be!

You are being kind. I was too for quite a while, really wanting to give the man the benefit of the doubt. However, what he did to the MIA families combined with his duty record before capture have me calling the man anything but "hero".

And perhaps it is best to leave that behind as I really don't want to get into it again. It was a real hot topic for many Freepers, back in the day!

Your skin may be a bit too thick as the comment while posted from yours had and has absolutely nothing to do with you, sir!

Old policy here - I never post anything to folks with whom I disagree. I neither have the energy nor inclination to get into spats. I generally post nothing to only things in agreement with the original poster.

Sorry if you felt it was directed "at" you!
