On Wednesday's Morning Joe on MSNBC, host Joe Scarborough pointed out the cover of the latest edition of Newsweek magazine, which proclaimed "Victory At Last; The Emergence of A Democratic Iraq" and featured a picture of President George W. Bush walking the deck of an aircraft carrier. However, the image of Newsweek that appeared on screen cropped out President Bush's face entirely.
The magazine cover showed Bush on the deck of the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln in 2003, after making his "Mission Accomplished" speech following the successful invasion of Iraq. While Newsweek cropped the picture to include half of Bush's body and face, MSNBC further cropped the image to leave only the arm of the former president visible.
MSNBC? I didn’t know they were still on the air.
From what I heard recently, the success in Iraq is one of the foremost achievements of the 0bama administration.
That’s what Stalin had his propaganda machine do as he offed his closest associates.

Your link isn’t working for me, it’s sending me to some vestigial Google webpage.
typical Soviet tactic of airbrushing history
Ha ha,...still so troubled by the Decider when he has been out of office for more than a year.
FCC should crack down on all of these biased commies... of course I am dreaming.
LLS
NewsWeak is about 20 pages now, with no advertizers to speak of. Thinner by the week....
Oh wait, maybe that was Viet Nam. Yeah, that's the ticket... Kerry must have served in Viet Nam.
I think it’s rther funny. The Liberals are so incredibly SMALL.
President Bush has more class in his left arm than The Kenyan in his entire body.
I recall him saying “reporting for duty” or something around 2004.
Seriously, is Newsweek even relevant today? I don't think Newsweek is even fit to grace dentists' waiting rooms.
The mind bending sidewinders! If an editor allowed that forty years ago it would be a ‘hugh’ scandal! Today it is encouraged! You can’t believe your eyes anymore.
WHERE’S THE FREAKIN PICTURE???
Relax. If it was on MSNBC, then that means no one saw it.
I hear the ministry of plenty is increasing the chocolate ration to 1 kg.
