Who can forget the pimp/prostitute videos filmed at ACORN offices across the nation by James OKeefe and Hannah Giles? Especially #3 from the Brooklyn office showing three ACORN workers advising a prostitute how to hide her illegal income from the government and use it to fund her pimps future political campaign. In case you missed it or would like to refresh your memory, the videos below or you can read the full transcript at BigGovernment.
Despite video evidence clearly showing ACORN workers aiding and abetting illegal acts, this week District Attorney Charles Hynes cleared ACORN of any criminality in the case. Apparently advising someone to cheat on their taxes isnt illegal in the state of New York. I know, your thinking, WTF?! We all are.
But it appears D.A. Hynes has a little secret that may have contributed to his decision in this case.

"..In 2009, Hynes ran on the Working Families Party (WFP) ticket. The Working Families Party is the political front group for ACORN in New York. So put in proper perspective, an ACORN Party prosecutor cleared ACORN and its workers of all charges despite unequivocable taped evidence!.."

Wow! This one is a MUST READ. The conflict of interest is incredible. I did a background search on Hynes when the decision was announced, but this stuff must have been scrubbed from his bio.

WFP is too happy to rejoice in their “candidates.” They left it up on their website for all the world to see.

Thanks to Liz Blaine and thanks for posting.
Defund/dismantle (prosecute/incarerate the members when necessary) every anti-truth, anti-freedom, anti-individual, anti-life collective.
ACORN would be a logical place to start (alphabetically).

The justice system in this country is a bigger joke than Obama. What a bunch of clowns.

I think it would be to our advanatge to keep an eye on the other WFP candidates and their actions which affect protect ACORN, including ACORN front organizations in other states.

The fat head Ed Schultz was giddy over this today. Ignoring the conflict of interest of course.

Did you catch how WFP refers to Obama?
“following in the footsteps of Americas Community Organizer-in-Chief, President Barack Obama”

I don’t expect the media to “notice” the conflict. They’ll behave as if it doesn’t exist. Personally, I’m going to spread this info far & wide.

And every criminal in prison is innocent too. It looks like cronyism and the Chicago Way have moved to NY.

That has been debunked. when a party endorses a candidate, that candidate appears as running for that party. By that logic, Hynes is a Republican, and Conservative and a Democrat, too:

Those look like vote counts. Not party affiliations.
Am I mis-reading something?

They are vote counts AND party affiliation.
In New York, when any party endorses a candidate, that candidate appear in their ballot. And since everyone and their mom endorsed this guy, then he appeared in the ballot for them. So in reality, he’s not a member of all those parties. He is a registered Democrat, but not a member of the Working Families Party, or the Conservative Party, or the Republican party.

My, you sure do run around Free Republic attempting to debunk other's posts. I especially like your thoughts on Reid and Miranda Rights, as well as this choice comment on healthcare and reconciliation
Since the CBO determined that certain health measures would reduce the budget deficit, isnt reconciliation justified in that case?
Me thinks, I smell a Rat, newbie.

I guess the Working Families Party just decided randomly to call him a “Community Organizer Turned Candidate.” < /sarc >

Yes, exactly, The vote counts from the various parties for this guy.
And then there is that pesky bit about the Working Families Party referring to him as their Community Organizer Turned Candidate.
I think that pretty much seals the deal as to where his allegiances lay.
