That has been debunked. when a party endorses a candidate, that candidate appears as running for that party. By that logic, Hynes is a Republican, and Conservative and a Democrat, too:

My, you sure do run around Free Republic attempting to debunk other's posts. I especially like your thoughts on Reid and Miranda Rights, as well as this choice comment on healthcare and reconciliation
Since the CBO determined that certain health measures would reduce the budget deficit, isnt reconciliation justified in that case?
