Only if they get rid of Homeland Security, Dept of Education, and about six or seven other Cabinet positions.

Then disband the current consumer protection agency, kkthx.
More frakin governmental redundancy equates to nothing more than more bureaucracy and waste of money.

Eliminate some, yes.

They can't handle the ones they have, let alone create new ones! Inefficiency, corruption, dead weight employees who have lifetime job security, you name it.....

US cuts animal-tracking plan created after mad cow (update 3)

Snips: The U.S. is scrapping a national system to track livestock from birth to slaughter as industry opposition led to the failure of a voluntary program created after cases of mad cow disease emerged starting in 2003.

Other regions and countries have more comprehensive animal- identification systems than the U.S. The European Union maintains a central database to track the movement of livestock, and all animals must be tagged with details of their origin and stamped with a traceability code when slaughtered. The system has been in place since 2004. Australia began tracing its cattle in the 1960s to help fight bovine tuberculosis.

FDA corruption jeopardizes food safety and public health

…the individual who oversaw the FDA policy that facilitated their introduction holds a uniquely infamous role in human history. That person is Michael Taylor. He had been Monsanto’s attorney before becoming policy chief at the FDA. Soon after, he became Monsanto’s Vice President and chief lobbyist.

This month Michael Taylor became the senior advisor to the commissioner of the FDA. He is now America’s food safety czar. What have we done?

Cook County (illinois) a dark pool of political corruption

Nearly 150 employees, politicians and contractors in the nation's second-largest county have been convicted on corruption charges since 1957, according to a report released Thursday by the university and the Better Government Association (.pdf)

Ugh if these Attorneys General are concerned about tracking fraudsters across state lines, I suggest we create a national database with a small IT staff and be done with it.

Then we can abolish the currently existing Consumer Protection Agency.

Of course they do. Needed to further drive the US towards a turd-world Marxist state.

See how this works?

They’re gonna control health care. Love the seniors while you can.

They’ll figure out some way to shut down Ford and then they’ll control the car you buy.

With a new CPA, they’ll tightly control what you can and cannot buy.

I write this slightly tongue in cheek of course. Hopefully it provides food for thought.
