The news that is not White House approved...

Life on Easy Street

Joe Biden has never been the most ambitious politician, but not even I knew how much he loved being lazy.

During a break in Thursday's health care summit, Biden shared his views on the vice presidency. What he didn't know was that his mic was still on and broadcasting his every word.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN: It's easy to be vice president, you don't have to do anything. It's like being the grandpa and not the parent. Yeah, that's it!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

I hope the vice president enjoys the rest of his White House vacation.

I think I would rather have him doing nothing than putting those liberal ideals and ideas he has into practice.

I wonder when/if he’ll say: It’s so easy, even Sarah Palin could do it.

It’s the first Constitutionally-sound thing Joe Biden has ever said.

Curiously enough... that's exactly right. The VP has virtually no responsibilities. For once, Biden is qualified for his job. :-)

Hell yes, it’s easy for Biden. They keep him locked up most of the time, and when he escapes, it’s always a disaster.

Wasn’t one of the reasons Theodore Roosevelt was made VP was because the party big wigs thought he would do the least amount of damage there?

Yes. They called that 'kicking him upstairs,' according to my high school history teacher.

I guess the dumb bunny, Biden, finally figured out why Zero picked him. Everyone knew Obama (and the powers that be in the Dem party) didn't want anyone who would actually DO anything...or, perhaps, oppose anything they tried to impose on the public. The Dems did not want a strong figure in the VP office. They wanted what they got, a "yes" man.

Of course, Obama's record shows he hasn't really done anything either. Obama is not it charge, it is the entourage of far left-wing liberals headed by Pelosi, Reid, et al who are running this country. Obama is only a figurehead, and that is why the far left liberals/socialists wanted him in the WH. They all knew Obama was inefficient and lacked vision and leadership skills. Obama’s record as a Senator, community organizer, employee, and student revealed he was never outstanding or influential. And, of course, he had that crowd of socialistic, anti-Americans he hung around with who influenced him to lean toward socialistic ideals. However, he was the smart-alec type who could appeal to the brain dead masses that could be easily charmed by his smooth delivery of a speech, his caustic comments, and empty promises.

More importantly, they also knew that he has a HUGE ego problem (rather, he has low self-esteem as all narcissists do) and would actually believe all their hype that they would spin about him, because he has (since growing up in a dysfunctional family and being an abandoned, bi-racial child) such a need to be adored and loved. This background is why Obama was such an easy pushover to mold into their front man.

People like Valerie Jarret prepped him to fall for their cunning encouragement, made him into just a tool they could wield, and shoved him up there with the idea that those who understood that to get their dirty deeds done they needed to offer a "pretty package" to the public in the form of a new hopeful. As Obama rose to the forefront to take charge, they knew he was just the man who would be foolish enough to think himself important, and appreciative enough to echo their wishes.

Talk about having an easy, cushy job…Obama is really a useless president whose strongest feeling is that he is entitled to the perks of the office, and he fiercely enjoys and demands them but does not directly assume the problems or challenges of running this country. He hasn't taken the burden of being president on his shoulders - his biggest command is that Wednesday be reserved for "date night" with Michelle. Obama has not had an original idea, solved any problems, united our country (but made it more divided), and most notably, he has lowered the respect for the US power and capitalism around the world. All things that second man Biden would never have the smarts or guts to oppose. And, exactly the plan of the Liberal left-wing.
