Manning has recently claimed Obama was a CIA operative during the Reagan administration against the Soviet Union! So, either the guy is a raving lunatic or he is a publicity seeking fraud. He mixes legitimate questions about Obama with insane stuff. I’ve stopped paying attention to him, unless I need a laugh. He is pretty funny at times.
