That's what I thought. Also, in Dreams, that description of "sharing whiskey with Gramps out of an emptied jelly jar" always seemed to me to be more weirdly calculating rather than merely descriptive.

I read this poem for the first time over a month ago and thought for sure it was a hoax - the implications seemed so obvious to me.
If Obama had a “good day” - maybe it’s due to an unusual moment of honesty and revelation about something that transformed him?
