Another thing to consider is that these proceedings are costly to the taxpayers...at a time when we can ill afford it.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

We can’t afford to have the Constitution trashed. In the end that will cost everyone everything ( except for the ruling oligarchy.)

I understand where you are coming from. As I said, impeachment would be a good idea if we had enough hard evidence. Sad thing is we don’t. Just think impeachment is going to be an expensive exercise in futility.

Now show me some hard evidence and I may change my mind and take your side.

Listen, all, I don’t like this guy either. But I think at this stage, our best hope is to put our time, money and effort into cleaning out Congress and installing those who would really represent us and uphold the Constitution as the framers intended.

Well, I agree with you but the SC has been trashing and hashing the Constitution for years. What makes you think the courts or anyone for that matter in government will do anything to put it back together?
