I think there was a woman or two in there too :) I live just minutes from the old gallows. My kids love the Visitors’ Center down there. Just a block or so from our house is Oak Cemetery, where several of the executed were buried. It’s a cool place to visit too.
Was there a memorial for all the blacks Judge Parker hung and had buried in that cemetery? We all know blacks were all that were ever hung in this backward racist country. ;0)
