(CNN) -- The University of California San Diego has suspended a student who admitted to hanging a noose in a campus library, school officials announced Friday.
"We are feeling real pain, and we will take real action," said UCSD chancellor Marye Anne Fox told reporters. "The safety of our students, faculty, and staff is my primary concern."

If a noose is a threat then the democrat party and their terrorist arm, the KKK which most often used a noose against them should be scaring them away in droves. That doesn’t seem to be the case now does it? They use one as a blatant symbol of racism yet embrace the entity responsible for that symbol as their saviors.
And in particular as the overwhelming popularity of EBM attests. The reason why that video went so epically viral is because whites are 1) sick of being victimized by black thugs for being white and 2) sick of being called racists because they don't like being victimized by black thugs for being white.

If they could get out from UNDER the symbology and victimhood they would collectively become conservatives — the only political thought that actually RESPECTS and SUPPORTS their dignity.

Seriously, I can see how a noose could be used in some settings as a symbol to intimidate blacks. At a town meeting where black people are speaking in order to get better public services in a town that has a history of outright racism.
In the library at UCSD, it is not a big deal. Even if the student meant it as a refernce to the "Ghetto Party" controversy, it wasn't going to intimidate, scare or threaten anyone. It was just stupid and lame, someone's idea of a way to fight back against PC and its stupidity, not an effort to scare them.
I guess in today's world, those guys who made picante sauce in New York City are safe now. But the ones who made the ad will have to go to jail.
