CNN’s crawler is saying 16ft waves to hit Chile’s shores. 16 or 60?

CNN does not have a real good record with converting from metric to standard.

The hillsides of Hilo must be covered with video equipment by now and choppers in the air. If it is what is predicted, we’ll see some spectacular shots.

16, but feet or meters????

Thanks, this may get very interesting to watch. <p.
I have friends there, have already notifed them about an hour ago. They do live very high up facing Pearl Harbor, but still need to take precautions as they have children down below.

Don’t be knocking Roland Emmerich!! /s. No one can destroy human civilization in finer or grander style.

CNN’s crawler now saying tsunami hit Robinson Crusoe island, but not showing a wave height.
Info must be coming in fast & furious, hard to sort through to the verifiable at this point.

I think FOX said 8 hours travel time to Hawaii.
That was 2 hours ago... I hope they're evacuating Honolulu and Pearl...
