What took them so long.

This was a massive horror that the State,County and City could have prevented and didn’t.

Yep - California is great. Want some money? Sue somebody!! In fact, sue everybody. That way you’re likely to have someone settle out of court to avoid attorney’s fees. It is no wonder why business have left here in droves, and more are going to be leaving in the future. Stupid, dumbass politicians.

We have heard this all before. Bottom line, it is not the obligation of the state to protect the individual. Self protection belongs to the individual. The state’s obligation is to maintain general order and punish offenders. Supreme Court Cases out of Colorado already deal with the those facts on point. However, the problem in the People’s Republic of Kalefornia is that they have been interfering with the rights and ability of individuals to protect themselves. I can’t wait for the unintended consequences of being the Friggin’ Nanny to come back to bite them in the butt.
