I cant speak for all of you out there reading this, but I sure do get a lot of concurrence from the readers of CFP articles regarding the absolute necessity to establish the validity of one Barack Hussein Obamas status as a natural born citizen of the United States in accordance with the requirements as set down in Article 2 of the U. S. Constitution; Glenn Beck and Bill OReilly notwithstanding.
It seems that with each passing day more news is presented of cases of challenges from every corner of this country. Many of these cases have met with Judicial intransigence from the lethargic or shady decisions of many judges at many levels of our society all the way up the chain of command. But even so, there always seems to be some still pending a full hearing of even an open discussion which gives me, at least, the feeling of whats going on with this birth business?
But as in life in these ever surprising United States, every now and then a bright light suddenly shines on a brilliant new attempt to solve a riddle or stalemate.

Is this a law yet or does it have to go through the AZ Senate then get signed by the AZ Governor? This needs to be a priority and we need it in at least 5 states.
If he tries to go around it there needs to be lawsuits immediately.
big ping for Arizona!

AFAIK, this is not a law yet. Still has to be voted on.
They are putting it on the November 2010 ballot. The people of Arizona get to approve it.
sorry if this sounds too easy and excuse my ignorance, but coming from left field, why dont we sue the Democratic reps who certified their candidate in each state or at least a red state as to how they certified Mr Obama as eligable. Surely they will need to prove his eligability in a court or face sanction for certifying somebody ineligable. If they didnt they deserve it, and if they cant that will open the can of worms.
The answer is in Loving County, Texas.
However, the Birthers do not really want to get to the answer.
True.
But why would anyone be against such a reasonable law, especially a President who was certifiably born in Hawaii?
Explain please.
I think a couple of people sued the Secretary of State in their jurisdictions. Unfortunately the courts threw out the cases on grounds that mere voters lacked the standing to bring lawsuits. I believe this is why Orly Taitz has been doing stuff with Alan Keyes, because as a competitor to Obama, he has standing.

Thanks, and Hi Danny, I aint heard from you in awhile. :-)
I really like this bill it should be the law in every state, trusting Federal employees to enforce their own chains(the Federal Constitution) is like expecting a criminal to voluntarily follow the law.
Like it or not checks and balances requires that someone else do the verifying, and as the state controls the ballot, as well as it’s electors, what government is more ideally suited for the task?
We need to get passed this idea that there are actually “federal elections” there are NO Federal Elections in the United States peroid, there never have been and God willing there never will be.
Every election in the United States is practically and technically a State and/or local Election for State or local officials.
The State’s Senators are State officials, the Federal House of reps are State Federal reps, your vote for president as you know is a vote for the State’s electors. There are NO Federal elections in the United States in which the people take part.
wow one vote elects somebody but you have no standing if you feel there has been fraud in that election, so really your vote only counts in the election not if there are questions about that election
i cant believe that applying to be the most powerful person in the most powerful nation on earth doesnt even require you to prove who you are or if you actually qualify for the job, if this wasnt so crazy?????? fact is always stranger than fiction, write a story you wouldnt believe it , oh yes i think we already did that/.
When I first heard of this in 2008, I thought “tinfoil hat”, but when I see BHO spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on the issue in 2008 when 15 bucks would settle the whole thing, I became a birther.
Hey, I liked your post so much I read it twice. LOL
Well said!
