Kept saying on on some blogs that this was a great forum for the Republicans as they have had their act together but I never thought the Democrats would do such a horrible job but I guess that is what happens when you don’t know what is in your own bill.

That, and not have a strong, cogent argument to buttress your position. How many times have the dems resorted to sob stories? Typical tactic of trying to play on peoples’ emotions, rather than inform them with factual data. Contrast that with the measured, informative arguments the GOPers are giving today. This is not even close.
