If we were Napoleonic France, say, wed be trying to sell Louisiana to the quickest bidder.
Maybe the Federal Government should sell some of it's land in the Western states. Same goes for the States and Counties.

Good point ~ the report fails to address ASSETS and VALUABLES on hand. For instance, there's Fort Knox. Full of gold. All of it valued at far less than it's actual worth.
A minor accounting change, e.g. Gold = $1,000,000,000 per ounce ~ and everything is different.
