Should Stack’s wife be able to collect on any insurance policy? O think the victim’s wife should get it.

I’m curious about why you think the insurance company is going to pay off any life insurance claim on a suicide?

I doubt if insurance will pay out, suicide and arson on the house. This guy's wife and kid got nothing.

So Stack’s wife is guilty for his actions? Remember, he burned down their house, which means the insurance company won’t pay a claim for the home due to arson. And life insurance doesn’t pay for suicides.

So, now the widow of a man Stack killed wants to make sure Stack’s widow will not only have no where to live, she wants to bankrupt Stack’s widow through having to hire lawyers to defend herself.

This morning on the local talk show Hunter’s widow’s lawyer called in. The guy sounds like a real scum bag. Reminds me why lawyers are so poorly thought of. He is nothing but an ambulance chaser.
