No. Its an explosion in the OLD logo. Its a crescent moon and star in the new one. Apparently you aren't capable of discerning the difference.

The old one (below) has the red and yellow colors of communist China and Soviet Union. Also, a missile shooting through what could pass for a red communist star. Maybe Obami the commie just couldn't handle this imagery, or was asked by his comrades overseas to replace it.
