Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush tells Newsmax that the Obama administration is charting a "dangerous course" as it pushes for a dramatic expansion of government that "imperils our future."
Bush predicted that a "tsunami" of opposition to Barack Obama's redistributive policies will sweep away Democratic candidates this November, and a popular "uprising" is under way that will shake the pillars of Washington.
"Were on a dangerous course in Washington for sure," he responded.
"The downturn was real and still a lot of people are suffering from the financial meltdown and the loss of jobs. It seems to me the Obama administration, instead of trying to solve that problem with common-sense American solutions, is trying to take advantage of it to redefine who we are as a nation.
"Im very disturbed about this, and more importantly millions of Americans are. They are acting on their concerns in a way that gives me a lot of hope that were going to rebound economically, and also politically, to bring back the proper balance between the citizens of our country and the government thats supposed to be serving them."
Newsmax.TV asked whether Obama is the most liberal president in the nations history.

OK what does anyone here know about Jeb? Is he a RINO like his father and brother? Is he a crook like his other brother? What kind of guy is he?
Really nice for someone to notice! Can we get a majority that actually see what is happening?
There are very, very few Republicans that FR does not think are RINOs.
He let Terri Schiavo die a horrible death by denying her right to life guaranteed by the US and Florida Constitutions.
He's a no good wuss.
Any other questions?
Chances are he is like his bro and his dad. Country club Republicans with a twang.
Hmmm... Could that be that there are actually few Conservatives and lots of RINO’s? Just saying...

Understatement of the year so far.
I’m generally not in favor of “shooting the messenger”, but in this case it is the right thing to do.
The Bush’s had their chance to be true conservatives and blew it. Their time is past. We need someone else with better moral authority on this issue to deliver the message.
yep!
That he's a "Busssssshie" is enough for me!
I live in Florida and Jeb is not as bad as talked about here. He let Charlie Crist anging on Rubio. We had it better under Jeb in Florida.
Jeb, do America a favor.
SHUT UP and go back home.
The whole family is PRO-ILLEGAL ALIEN/AMNESTY and based on what I’ve read, I believe Jeb’s family and wife were all illegal aliens. Also, Jeb’s son....
Nice salute....

Campaigning for GWBush:
This is a President who represents the diversity of our society, who we can count on to change the Republican Party to represent our views.” He told the rally his mother had instilled him the values of Cesar Chavez, the Chicano activist who fought for the rights of migrant farmworkers in the United States. She told me we have to fight for our race, we have to find the leaders who represent us, he said in fluent Spanish.
Reuters, August 2, 2000.”
“George P. Bush told reporters, “Our biggest challenge will be to separate my uncle from the rest of the Republican Party.””
Really going out on a limb there, huh, Jeb?
If you were saying that 1.5 years ago maybe I could take you seriously
NO MORE BUSHS’
A year ago this doofuss was criticizing Rush for saying he hoped Obama failed. Jeb is clearly planning at 2012 prez run.
Now give Jeb a break. Remember last summer when he accused Obama & the Dems of proposing “death panels” and put the brakes on Obamacare?
Oh wait. That was somebody else.
