The most recent Rasmussen survey showed the legalization measure ahead in CA. It also showed the lead increasing from four months earlier:

49% support
38% oppose

I oppose. The majority may rule, but they are often wrong. Not to mention stupid. This is why the Founding Fathers loathed direct democracy.

That said, I would oppose a federal judge coming in and telling CA they can't do this.
