The Left WILL Try to Split the Conservative Vote
American Thinker ^

Posted on 02/23/2010 10:31:00 PM PST by TruthHound

Warning: We are bound to see shenanigans as the Desperate Democrats try to cling to power in November of 2010 and 2012. It will happen. All the big liberal media will be in on it, and they will lie and smear GOP candidates, starting with the ones who look the most like Ronald Reagan.

We will not find out for sure when it's happening. It will be hidden and covered up. The New Media have to keep a sharp eye on people trying to infiltrate conservative groups.

Bottom line: You will have to use your smarts to figure out what might be happening. The key is always the liberal media trashing and trying to split the conservative majority in this country. If you see that, you can bet there's a splitting plot afoot. If you see any big, "popular," media-driven movement for Ron Paul or another no-win candidate, follow your intuition. If a Ross Perot pops up, don't fall for the scammer with the gigantic federal contracts.

The Left will try and try and try to split conservative and GOP voters.

Stay alert. Expect it to happen, because it always does.

We have to remember what Rush said today. We are winning. We can’t get mad if everything doesn’t go our way. We win in increments.

After Brown voted for the jobs bill the internet was filled with over-the-top hysterical invective aimed at Brown, written by lefties masquerading as right-wingers. I don’t know much about the bill as I’ve been too busy to catch up on the news this week, but it seems pretty clear that many of the more unhinged comments I’ve seen around the internet was lefty astroturf.

There’s a thread on here from earlier today that the State of Nevada has “certified” the Tea Party for the Nevada ballot in November.

It is a ruse to get Tea Partiers to split the Conservative vote and give Harry Reid six more years to destroy this nation. The guy who is head of this “party” is a former Dem State Senator from Illinois. Check it out.

It was a measley little 15 billion dollar jobs bill. Chump change. Scott Brown is going to save us from health care and cap and tax. We must pick our battles. This is what Rush was talking about today. He said we can’t get it all overnight.

I linked to FaceBook and the poster (jay099) is a kid (well not quite a kid) but he’s not a Leftie, he’s just young and emotional. I checked out his FaceBook page to make certain. He’s a fan of Glenn Beck’s, but not of any Left-wing politician’s. I think he was emotionally invested in Scott Brown, although he doesn’t reside in Massachusetts. He likely heard Beck rant about Brown.

Right. Rush is ALWAYS RIGHT.

MORE FROM THE ARTICLE:

Look for the dinosaur media to play up third-party talk for any possible leader of an effort to splinter the GOP vote.

Warning: We are bound to see shenanigans as the Desperate Democrats try to cling to power in November of 2010 and 2012. It will happen. All the big liberal media will be in on it, and they will lie and smear GOP candidates, starting with the ones who look the most like Ronald Reagan.

The Left will try and try and try to split conservative and GOP voters.

Stay alert. Expect it to happen, because it always does.

Reagan’s Eleventh Commandment was “Never speak ill of a fellow Republican.” Reagan met exactly the same power play, with the liberal media supporting Rockefeller Republicans. But Reagan did not think that an open fight would help conservatism, because it was bound to be exploited by the Left. Reagan was willing to let the people decide.

Don’t believe anything the liberal media tell you during the election. They will try to drive a stake through your heart.

They are one hundred percent bound to try. Watch out for it, and don’t fall into their sucker trap.

I agree. A little rape is better than a lot of rape. In fact, we should make rape legal if it’s only 15 minutes of rape, but not that 85 minutes of rape business. And if you don’t think 15 minutes of rape is okay, you’re just an unrealistic purist anyway. Smart people know you have to pick your battles and take a little rape sometimes.

Your rape analogy is poor and rather insulting to those who really have been actually raped.

There is no perfect candidate. Not one. If I could, once in a lifetime, find my perfect candidate, he or she would not be yours. We are all far too much individuals to all unite behind one, perfect, almighty candidate.

So, you work and fund and push and vote for the best one. And so on.

It has nothing to do with being raped, even figuratively.
