I’m not sure, but didn’t the idiot atheist that was filing suit against it in California, lose big time? So that the pledge protection act probably wasn’t viewed as needed any more?

Besides, what good is a pledge protection “act” if it’s a constitutional question? You’d need a pledge protection amendment.
