So he was actually anything but a “peacenik” like most of his worshipers believe to this today.

I have heard that the upper echelons of the peace movement in this country during the Vietnam war were actually KGB and Red China operatives.

Most of the draft card burning hippies were just chickenshit kids who were afraid that they were going to get killed, but the peace movement as a whole was more sinister than that. Perhaps Ronbo1948 has some insight on this.

As for myself, I prefer peace to the alternative, but at an early I came to the realization that the only true path to peace in this world is to kill your enemies.
