After reading all the posts here, I have a question.

What FReepers actually though Scott Brown was the second coming of Ronald Reagan?

He was very clear in his position that he would vote for what he felt was good for MA. He has never portrayed himself as a down the line Conservative, but he was 1000% better than the Rat he was running against.

Flame away, but remember this guy won a Senate seat in the Bluest of Blue States and as hard as it is to believe, his vote here will help his chances for reelection in 2012.

I am a fiscal conservative when it comes to issues affecting people’s pockets, and pocketbooks, and wallets....

(Scott Brown said this 12 days ago.)

People here are acting like Massachusetts was in play, and not a deep blue state with a stunning upset from a RINO who beat the typical socialist candidate who usually wins, and who would have won if not for Obama’s massive lack of popularity.

I don’t know if the IQ of FR is going down or if this is just a knee jerk reaction. I’m thrilled to have a RINO taking Ted Kennedy’s seat. This is Hugh.
