Your arguments imply that since "birthers" wish to have The Constitution upheld, they are somehow on the fringe? What other parts of The Constituiton do you feel should be ignored?

Infer that if you want. I said no such thing. I only stated that nothing will come of it and drew a comparison to the "Impeach Bush" crowd that practically made the center of their very lives seeing Bush impeached and failed. Kind of like saying , "My name is Diego Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." And losing the first sword fight.

The courts are in Obama's pocket. The justice deparment is in Obama's pocket. Hawaii is like Berkley-Pacific. He is not going to toss up a birth certificate no matter what. I am not saying the birthers are wrong or that the Constitution is not under assault. I just do not see this going anywhere.

I believe that the states failed, when the elections officers took the democratic party's certification as gospel, that Hussein met the qualifications to be POTUS. Each state should demand that candidates present valid documents to the state election officials before their name is placed on the ballot in that state. Placing an unqualified candidate's name on the ballot, based on a third party (especially one with a vested interest) is unacceptable, and borders on malfeasance and could result in those voting to become disenfranchised. Had only ONE state demanded proof, there is a good chance the marxist would not be sitting in The White House dictating to us about our health care.

So the take away here is that we must either create requirements for future proof of NBC status, or the SCOTUS must rule else wise on the meaning of NBC. Anything else eviscerates the Constitutional rule of law. That is probably exactly what the RAT/Commies want.
