Disaster by timetable: How US could lose Iraq peace

It's a bizarre sight watching Vice President Joe Biden and President Obama trying to grab the credit for American success in the war in Iraq -- a war of which both were outspoken critics. It's a little like someone who's been throwing rocks at a drowning man, demanding a lifesaving medal when the man manages to swim to shore.

But now the crucial issue isn't the credit for winning the war. It's whether Obama is up to winning the peace. Simply rechristening the operations in Iraq from Iraqi Freedom to New Dawn, as Obama did this last week, won't cut it.

“When things start going to Hell after we are gone due to a precipitous pull out, I doubt the MSM will hold Obama accountable!!”

I can see the headlines now.

Bush failure finally coems to light.
The war that should never have been.
Bush’s folly.
Obama tried to save Iraq but Bush screwed it up too much.

On and on and on

Biden’s assertion claiming Iraq as a success for Obama has the huge potentiality to backfire if the Sunnis boycott the vote (they are STOOPID) again. The first time they did it, they got stuck outside with no power. Then they smartened up and participated and got some measure of power back. Now, it’s their call.

The Shias haven’t run Baghdad for a 1000 years. Now they do.

And if Iraq spirals downward, Biden’s statement will come back to haunt these bozos.

In order to understand why Obama has suddenly changed the name of Operation Iraqi Freedom to Operation 'New Dawn', we must trace the meaning of this new title to it's original source.

The announcement that Operation Iraqi Freedom has been renamed Operation New Dawn is nothing more than Obama's official confirmation and declaration of war against all mankind made by no less than the Prince of Darkness himself.

In another verse of scripture, it is said that 'by their deeds, you shall know them'
