I don’t see it. One would expect the ‘Rats thinly disguised outreach to Muslims to undermine Jewish support. While I expect that the Reformed Jewish voters will stick with the ‘Rat Party, other factions may be very open to supporting Republicans. I haven’t seen or heard anything to suggest that the Tea Party movement has any malice towards Jewish people.
Wifey is Jewish. And a Tea Partyer. Most of her Jewish relatives don’t really give a damn about Israel. They are too into themselves and their comfort, even though they have relatives there. Very liberal. Thankfully her parents are very conservative. Most U.S. Jews will never vote Republican, unless we move to support welfare, gubmint assistance, and abortion.
It seems that people would prefer the Tea Party participants to the...uh, status quo.

Some of my neighbors have been involved in the Tea Party efforts, and they’re not antisemitic or racist. ...only simple, local, small businesspeople in the West. They don’t usually express political or social opinions at all and tend to be more concerned about the matters directly affecting their own lives.
