Johnny Mathis was a close personal friend of both Ron&Nancy.
Reagan was pro-gay rights. And it was not a position that he later repudiated, like his misinformed and deeply regretted pro-abort act as governor.
Did he advocate for their ability to marry? Did he push the absurd notion of special "civil rights" based on sexual behavior which is changable (Anne Heche, Sarah MacLachlan, Ted Haggard, ex-gays, etc)?
I have gay friends too. I oppose SSM.

And I have friends that are alcoholics too, but it isn’t a hate crime to call them a drunk.
I know, gay people can’t help it, they were born that way.
So are some obese people, yet it isn’t a hate crime/slur to call someone fat, is it?
As a matter of fact, it is almost a CRIME to BE fat-
fat people are now becoming a threat to national security according to the First “Lady”.
And we must control everything kids eat to stop it, but if they want to have same-sex, that’s ok.
It is stunningly absurd.

I'm sure he had liberal/Communist friends from Hollywood as well. That doesn't mean he agreed with their agenda any more than he agreed with the homosexual one.
Homosexuality was a crime throughout most of the nation's history. It's a sad day when those that are supposed to be standing for the principles that were the foundation of the country embrace sexual perversion.
Please name those “many names” of which you are aware or are you merely repeating something you’ve heard (like “Pres. Lincoln was gay.....”)
