Wait, I thought he fell, or had an ulcer. Now it is “curable” stomach cancer

My Father-in-Law had inoperable cancer (he died about a year and a half ago.)

One of the first signs that something was wrong was when he started falling down for no apparent reason. After about 2 or 3 times, we took him to the Doctor and that's when the problem was found.

Judging from reading some of these experiences stomach cancer is very unpleasant.
