The Insane Manifesto Of Austin Texas Crash Pilot Joseph Andrew Stack (was he a Leftist Moonbat?)
businessinsider.com ^ | Feb. 18, 2010 | Joe Weisenthal

Wow.

Check out the anti-big brother rant on EmbeddedArt.com that's almost certainly from the pilot of the crash.

The manifesto is dated today, and it even anticipated his death.

---------

If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt asking yourself, “Why did this have to happen?” The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time. The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn’t enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken. Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it. I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless… especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head. Exactly what is therapeutic about that I’m not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy. Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for the noble principals represented by its founding fathers. Remember? One of these was “no taxation without representation”. I have spent the total years of my adulthood unlearning that crap from only a few years of my childhood. These days anyone who really stands up for that principal is promptly labeled a “crackpot”, traitor and worse.

No need for a label.

Read the manifesto.

This event is a gift to Obama and Janet “Big Sis” Napolitano. Remember Napolitano’s much-criticized Homeland Security paper claiming there was a big domestic terrorist threat from right-wing anti-government people, military vets, etc.?

Notwithstanding his left-wing political creed, this nutjob will be painted as an anti-government domestic terrorist.

The Obamaites have been praying (to their Marxist false god) for something like this to allow them to take the focus off of ROP terrorists and unleash government agencies against militias, right-wing military vets, tea partiers, etc.

The McVeigh bombing saved Clinton’s presidency. Of course, this is nowhere near as big an event, but it fits right in with the Left’s agenda that there is just as big a danger from domestic anti-government terrorism as there is from jihadis.

Yeah he didn’t file a tax return cause he didn’t work that year but he withdrew money from an IRA account. Um sorry but if you withdraw money from an IRA account, you have pay taxes on it.

I did. He was upset that all religious organizations didn’t have to pay taxes, not just the Catholic Church.

He did name the Catholic Church but his beef was against all organized religions not having to pay taxes like he had too.

I don’t buy his sad, loser rant for this reason: A suicidal man who truly feels wronged can do a hell of a lot more damage to the people he claims are at the core of his problem than this guy got anywhere near doing. Hell, think about it for a minute.

He did not say “all organized religions.” He said “the wonderful “exemptions” that make institutions like the vulgar, corrupt Catholic Church so incredibly wealthy.”

He only referred to one religious group.

The guy hated Capitalism. Read the end of it. I would guess this person voted for Obama and found things got even worse, or else he expected O to get him out of it.

Not to mention he was obviously extremely disturbed.

This was one very confused person who probably got himself in to a multitude of problems that he wished to blame others for.

There was a powerful vein of anti-Catholic hatred running through it.

I'm guessing that he was a cradle Catholic,
who never developed a personal relationship with Yah'shua.

Your powerful biases would naturally lead you to such a guess.

Who cares...the tea party patriots have been smeared since last summer.

This guy was no patriot...he tried to kill his wife and child, and others in that building.

I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn’t have any income there was no need. The sleazy government decided that they disagreed. But they didn’t notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled to due process because the time to file ran out. Bend over for another $10,000 helping of justice.

This part doesn't make any sense.

If you don't file, and the IRS shows you had income (from 1099s) they will eventually file for you, using the income 1099s as a basis, and not including any deductions.

After this, you have 30 days to contest their filing. If you ignore this, they basically give you 90 days from that point to go before a tax court. You can still file at any time during this 90 day period, and they will then accept your filing and send you a bill, or contest exemptions and deductions.

To say that he had no right to due process doesn't match anything I have seen in any dealings with the IRS.
