Damn, this guy hated the IRS more than I do.
More like gullible nut case who creates his own problems and blames them on everyone else.
The website that it was posted on was registered by Stack back in 2003 so it isn’t like some joker did it this morning. The attributes show that the page was edited on the 16th then again this am.
“Paulbot. I wonder what his FR user name was?”
I doubt he would have lasted 2 posts here. But I’ve run into his ilk at other sites and to a person they are Paulistinians, dope fiend....er, fans, and hate the government doing just about anything.
Libertarian = Anarchists without the tats.
Wonder why he hates the Catholic Church specifically?
The letter is confusing to me. Did he want freedom and just thought our system was too corrupt to provide true freedom?
Or did he want some sort of communism because he thought that the rich cronies wouldn’t be so powerful - and that people like his old neighbor lady would have been taken care of?
oh my word....
why do I have a feeling that a new trend is about to erupt....
suicide notes on the web? dramatic exits, taking others who you fell have wronged you, with you?
thanks for posting this....
I am praying for our country....
He was an engineer. IIRC, a lot of the Muslim suicidal nutcases are also engineers. BTW, there are much more civil ways to deal with the IRS.
“My brother is a liberal except when it comes to paying taxes and then he is a libertarian.”
Your brother is Charlie Rangel?
An Anti-Catholic Communist who hated the Communist elite. Go figure.
bttt
Sounds like he was ticked Obamacare didn’t pass, too.
Read into the tax code he is quoting: Billary Clinton used to masturbate to those passages - I know keenly what he is talking about (Having done some consulting work for Arthur Andersen). Under the clinton adjustments, I was paying 33% of my pay into taxes, taxed specially because I was an “Evil dot-com consultant”. I was taxed differently than other americans. But I digress: I’m not the one who flew a plane into a building.
He goes on an absolutely INSANE rant about how unfair life is, yadda yadda, even blaming his divorce on corporate greed. The few paragraphs after his tax-code rant need to be remembered: This is what really shows his true Liberal colors.
Oh, forgot to add that this loon apparently started a letter-of-the-law nonprofit, with the express intent of dodging taxes for protest purposes, and is mad that he and his accomplices got caught. He also, when talking about his experience with the CPA, says that the results he got back looked like what he expected, and yet his wife had $12k in unreported income (why unreported?) that didn’t get included, and he didn’t check the CPA’s work, and apparently didn’t himself realize that her income should have been included, since the CPA came back with the same results he expected. There’s probably info missing there; a CPA will work on what you give them. The CPA may have gotten the impression (or instruction) that her income was somehow separate, and assumed at the time that the loon was handling it separately; the CPA knew about the income as the loon says, but left it out not out of maliciousness, but because he wasn’t instructed to include it.
Maybe the Marx quote doesn't reflect his beliefs. Maybe more anarchist than libertarian, but even more a nut.
He’s so far out in left field I don’t think the vast majority of libertarians (or Libertarians, for that matter) would claim him. Maybe the furthest of the wild-eyed left fringe, but when you start wading into those waters, they get hard to tell from moonbat liberals.

I think he hates the Catholic church, because he sees it as the epitome of the rich church; he and some buddies started a nonprofit of some kind when they were young, because they felt that churches were getting rich due to their tax-exempt status. They wanted to show up the law as too-easily exploitable, and deliberately set up their organization to dodge taxes. The IRS took a dim view of it, and penalized him $40,000. Rather than take responsibility for being a dumbass, he blames the church for somehow being exempt from “fooling” the IRS.
I think he is a moderate.
Moderates can be unhinged, too. Look at Bill O’Reilly.
“To survive, I was forced to cannibalize my savings and retirement, the last of which was a small IRA. This came in a year with mammoth expenses and not a single dollar of income. I filed no return that year thinking that because I didnt have any income there was no need.”
Well that’s not a very good explanation of things. Does he mean that he had no income, after mammoth expenses were counted? If old Jack had ANY earned income he had to file. He knew that. He studied the tax code for goodness sakes.
I am not a tax guy but it sounds like he just decided he did not owe anything on his on.
Burn in he11 $hitball!
