Post 357 looks like a good candidate.

However, I went online to search the Austin County Appraisal District and could find nobody at that address listed.

Reverse address search also not successful...anybody have a good idea which fire was being referenced here?

The reason there's no match is because that's not a valid address. The houses nearby are numbered 1807, 1812, 1813, 1820, and 1821. There's no 1817.
