‘Intentional violence’ from the ATC.

Which means his last name was Johnson or Smith.

There will be NO hesitation to mention his religion if it can be shown that he is a member of a Christian church.

Okay, with this evidence, it is starting to look like terrorism. I wanted to be cautious and not jump to it even with a few eyewitness reports that it appeared deliberate.

I am glad this is coming out and not being covered up....yet.

I am scared for us since Obama will do jack squat here.

News just said no flight plan was filed.

The flight plan probably wouldn't have been accepted if it said he was going to fly the plane into the IRS building...just a hunch... ;)

Think of the tax angle...IRS could have been in the process of taking his house, perhaps??

Full up, they hold something like 40-50 gallons of 100-octane aviation gas. You can’t bring down a skyscraper with one a la 9/11, but you can make a mess, especially if carrying a small improvised explosive device (or extra gas) inside.

From the looks of the pictures it looks like the entire building used to be covered in a layer of black exterior glass. The tan you see is the back of the drywall because the insulation blew out onto the lawn and trees. This means there was one hell of an explosion to blow the glass off of the entire front of that building and blow the insulation out. Not that I’m doubting the small plane story, but I’m betting that there was more on that plane than just fuel.

....don't know all the facts yet....

..but he crashed this very close to the Arboretum....a sprawling, busy, upscale shopping area with shops & restaurants.

Nestled very close by are multi story business centers, a park and a large church.

Go back to sleep, nothing to see here....

"At this time we have no reason to believe there is a nexus to criminal or terrorist activity," said Matt Chandler, spokesman for the Department of Homeland Security. "We are in the process of coordinating with state officials and other federal partners to gather more information and at this time we will defer additional questions to local officials and the FAA."

WASHINGTON — A law enforcement official says the crash of a small plane into a building in Austin, Texas does not initially appear to be the result of a crime or terrorism.

The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the person was not authorized to publicly discuss the incident, and investigators are still responding to the scene of a seven-story office building in Austin.

Black smoke was coming from the building Thursday morning. The building is located on a major highway in the city.

Dawn Clopton, a division chief with the Austin Fire Department, says two people from the building are unaccounted for. She says it was a small private plane that crashed. No other information was immediately available.
