In 2005, President George W. Bush called the first space-shuttle crew to return to orbit after the loss of the shuttle Columbia and its seven astronauts in 2003. The president raced through a few sentences of congratulations, then barked, "Now get back to work!"

Only a sissy liberal would think that is awkward. That's how people with military backgrounds talk. The astronauts got it; that's all that matters.
