Hayworth is doing us all a favor by keeping McCain in line, at least until August.

Excellent observation.

McCain has to at least "act conservative" through August.

Opportunistic phoney...

The polling on this has bee fairly bizarre so far. In November Rasmussen, showed JD and Juan in a dead heat in a potential match up. Now this old January 22 poll showed McCain with a big lead after he’d been running ads against JD for a few weeks while JD was still only hinting at running on his radio show.

All nonsense so far. The campaign needs to run at least a few weeks with both declared before polls will mean anything. And then a lot can happen over the summer, especially if the Dims bring up amnesty and cap and trade and other leftist policies that Juan supports (or supported until JD challenged him).

Charlie Crist was once in the lead. By 30 points.

Now, it is Marco Rubio. :)

For starters it doesn’t say when JD said that on “p m s n b c,” and it only quotes JD as saying:

He was on MSNBC just before or after he left his radio show. Haven't heard of him being on since. It looks like this entire Atlantic article cobbles together three week old news and presents it as if it's something new.

Early polls mean nothing.

Crist lead Rubio big a while back... now Rubio leads.
The same thing will happen here.
JD Hayworth will beat McCain.

McCain supports the TARP bailout, amnesty, cap-and-tax, and foisted the McCain-Feingold rules that the USSC overturned that undermine the 1st Amendment.

It’s time to replace and retire an old RINO with a real conservative.

Navel watching liberals. Zero impact of this manipulative rewrite of the facts. Poll taken on presumption of Hayworth run , back in Jan. A what if? Stop posting this crap.

“McCain will turn on his base “ ... as sure as the sun will rise.

McCain’s family are now pro-gay marriage and are calling proponents of traditional marriage bigots.
They managed to get to the left of Obama on an issue (!!)

“Basically, he has no base.”

wait ... he has the media, who loves him all the time except when he was running against The Obamessiah.

” Senator JD. It’d inevitable.”
One hopes.

Wow. The primary isn’t until August. That’s really late.

Texas is having theirs in March.

OhNose not the Atlantic again, that is a fishbowl of lefty stupidity mixed with the abortion named Andrew Sullivan. Go over there to read Political analysis that is one srep over HuffPo, Politico & Kos. The Left has screwed up a lot of semi decent periodicals. Ambinder and Goode have got to me 19yo...
