it is high time for more to speak out and stop being PC about homosexuals.
The majority do not want it in this country and even a higher majority do not want it in the military.
The GOP has no balls to bring this subject up like they will not bring up abortion and that disgusts me .
Letting open homosexuals serve brings nothing but problems, infact way too many problems.
Anyone who has served knows that their is no privacy in the marines unless you’re a officer.
The GOP should raise this question more andmroe and make this an election issue
If Congress eliminates DADT, just watch the Military become demoralized. Those whose committment is finished will not re-up.So sad Col Ripley died in the fall of 2008. He was completely right when testifying about the trust issue. Wish he were here to do it again.
You know, to think that all this noise about the Fags in in Military has nothing else to do but POLITICAL FAVORS bankrupt Obama made to all these radical groups. That's all.

I'd forgotten that Colin Powell was once a great American who said things that mattered. Too bad he threw it all away in October 2008 by supporting a man who wants to destroy everything he once stood for.
Without God, all things are permissible.
Unless we fear our Creator, and acknowledge the legitimacy of his commands, we cannot justify keeping homosexuals out of the military. Our country’s tolerance of those who would prohibit all faith on the grounds of “separation of church and state” will be our end.
This is not a convincing argument for Congress. The threat to unit cohesion is.
If the trust factor is lost, yes we can afford to loose them. The next thing that will happen is co-ed showers. Wouldn’t it be the same thing?

MUST go to footnote #15 and the FDA data on blood contamination that is forced policy on the rest of the nation. Do they honestly think that our troops would be ignorant of this?

One sophism claims that homosexuals have a right to serve in our Armed Forces. Proponents of this notion often label the current law discriminatory. They compare lifting of the ban to President Truman’s 1948 executive order that desegregated our nation’s military.
It should be noted that we never had a Black Army, Navy, Air Force or Marine Corps, we only had segregated UNITS that were once Proud examples of incredible accomplishments by Minority Members. The members of these units were the standards by which young men dreamt of following in their footsteps.

If Obama starts going to church he will damage his standing with his co-religionists. He can’t begin going to a Mosque, so he has somebody send him a religious tweet instead of attending services.
I pray for loved ones who struggle with homosexual temptation. I wouldn't want to put them in a situation (whether the seminary or the military!) where they'd be surrounded by vital, attractive, sexually attractive young people, especially if there were a morally vacuous atmosphere (de jure or de facto, explicit or implied) of "go on ahead."
There is no half measure. Once the military can be co-opted to the activists goals there will be no end to the damage they can do.
