While a noble thought, you do not even have to have sex with a woman to be accused, charged, tried and convicted of rape. Hell, you do not even have to know the woman. All she really has to do is walk into a store, point at you, and say “ He raped me”....and your life is over..
Been there. Even got accused of being a key member of Aryan Nation to boot.

This happened to me in a divorce case. The then wife, wasn’t getting here way in the divorce so she and her lawyer drummed up a domsetic violence and child abuse case. Yet NO ONE could say they saw any of this in the 16 years we were together.The police couldn’t say they ever were called, they was no reason. Went to court and judge wouldn’t even let me testify. I am still paying lawyer bills 6 years later and still fighting to see my kids.
Maybe the men should file civil suits for fraud and slander when these “women” falsely accuse - and clear the way for real rape victims to have an actual voice.
Exactly the opposite IMO ......accusations a are dime a dozen as the posts here prove. If ya give Mr Happy some air time or not. .
Of the half dozen or so rape reports I was knowledgeable of as a Deputy Sheriff they all but one turned out to be spurned angry “ladies” looking for revenge.
Lack of DNA is a killer to a rape case.
Perhaps this is a bit off-topic, and I do recognize that he didn’t actually “rape” her (although I’m not sure what you would call gang “sex”), but who in their right mind would name their child “Stalin”?
Isn’t that somewhat predisposing that child to a troublesome future - sort of like naming him Jesse James and then being surprised when he lives up to that label.

I served as an officer of Marines for seven years (active) and left the service with this same thought.
The key here is the woman doesn't have to pay a dime to a lawyer or expend any effort
Her fake accusations to the authorities will set them in motion and after you
She has a free lawyer called "the prosecutor"
While you have to spend thousands on defense lawyers and spend time clearing your name
Meanwhile she sits on her butt and laughs herself to sleep each night
And now they want to compound that error by adding openly homosexual persons to the mix. I believe that the military should abandon the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy and revert to the way it used to be.....just plain illegal.

Crazy coots that do this need real jail time when they are found to be lying under oath or filing false reports of anything much less rape

Like I said, without DNA there is little evidence to prove the crime. Rape crimes are very hard to prove anyway.
The chances of a woman being raped is infinitely greater than the chances of a random accusation.
Someone could also accuse you of robbing a bank. What can you do?

We don’t want to get into a battle of anecdotal evidence. Men get away with rape all the time. I personally know of several.

I used to dream about getting married, how nice it would be to have a home, and travel, raise a family, etc.
In recent years however, it has become apparent just how lucky I am in this society to be free of such absurdly one-sided alliances and obligations. Leaving aside for a moment the companionship and love angles, there is absolutely no upside to give up the single life.
Me too. It's been long and difficult, but for me, support ends in July. I'm taking a vacation. :-)
You have probably never been in a divorce from a beatch...even accusations of child abuse with no evidence...rape that never happened but the sweet lady wants lots of money for support and drive a knife into her X. spend some time in divorce court...
